SAI recently expanded its unique accelerated change program TenSquared to Vietnam, implementing the program with four suppliers of Dell & Cisco. TenSquared addresses workplace challenges through an innovative methodology that brings workers and managers together to collaboratively identify and address the root causes within 100 days. TenSquared coaches work closely with participants to develop problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills that can be used to address future challenges.
All four factories in Vietnam completed their ambitious goals within the 100-day program, addressing issues in fire safety, hazardous chemical control, enhanced PPE standards, and overall safety compliance. Read Dell’s FY24 Sustainability Report for more information about the TenSquared programs the brand implemented with eight suppliers last year.

Companies in any industry can partner with TenSquared to develop lasting solutions and empower workers and managers. We’re pleased to share that TenSquared was also highlighted in Amazon’s recently published FY 24 Sustainability Report, as part of their initiative to support the right to safe and healthy workplaces throughout supply chains.
