SA8000 Buyer Recognition Form

This form allows certified companies to share information about business partners (entities with which an organization has a business relationship across its value chain, such as buyers, suppliers, subcontractors, recruiters, agents, service providers, distributors, and joint venture partners) that do not currently recognize or accept SA8000 certification. You will be asked to provide basic details about your organization, your business partner(s), and any relevant context, including contact information and optional comments. You may also indicate whether you would like SAI to contact them directly or prefer to make an introduction yourself. All information will be reviewed by SAI and handled in a confidential and responsible manner.
