David Pauker | Board of Directors

David Pauker was formerly Executive Managing Director of Goldin Associates, a leading U.S. consulting and turnaround management firm. He has frequently been ranked among leading advisors in the turnaround industry. He has acted as CEO, chief restructuring officer, turnaround manager or financial advisor for companies or investors in apparel and textile, energy and natural resources, financial services (including brokerage, insurance and investment management), food and consumer products, information technology, manufacturing, media and telecommunications, professional services, real estate, retail and wholesale distribution. 
 
Pauker was appointed a Director of Lehman Brothers pursuant to its court-approved plan of reorganization and is currently its non-executive Chairman of the Board. He has frequently been called on to investigate the financial affairs of public and private companies and has been appointed by the United States Department of Justice or the courts as trustee, examiner and mediator. 
 
Before joining Goldin Associates, Pauker was an executive in the apparel and retail industries. He attended Cornell University, where he received a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations; he is a graduate of the Columbia University School of Law.
